SIFI S.p.A. protects users accessing the website www.yoursifi.com by ensuring that the processing of their personal data takes place in full compliance with the protections and rights recognised by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 laying down provisions for the adaptation of the national system to the European Regulation.
This policy describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the site and is not made for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

Type of data processed, purpose and legal basis of processing

Navigation data

The computer systems and procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name of the PCs used by users, the resources requested, the time of the request and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties but, by its very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.
These data are acquired automatically by computer systems and are necessary to allow the site to function. This processing is lawful on the basis of the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation 2016/679).

Processing methods

The data are processed with electronic/computer and telematic tools, suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality, in full compliance with the regulations in force.

Categories of data recipients

The data processed through the website www.yoursifi.it will be accessible only to the persons in charge of managing the platform, in their capacity as Data Processors (art. 28 GDPR), identified in writing and duly instructed on data processing. An updated list of the aforementioned subjects is available at the registered office of the Data Controller and can be requested at privacy@sifigroup.com.

Transfer and dissemination of data

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union. Should this be necessary, SIFI shall be entitled to transfer the data to non-EU countries, ensuring as of now that the transfer will take place in compliance with the regulations in force and, where necessary, entering into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission. The transfer of data outside the EU will only take place after we have provided you with updated information. Personal data will not be disseminated.

Data retention period

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and in any case for as long as the platform is operational. When the platform is closed, the data will be deleted, without prejudice to any legal obligations.
The data recorded during navigation in an anonymous form could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.

Rights of the interested party

The subjects to whom the personal data refers (the so-called "data subjects"), processed through this website, have the right to exercise their rights in the manner and within the limits of Articles 15-22 of European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, to verify the content, origin, accuracy, to request a copy, to request rectification, integration or cancellation, to obtain the restriction of processing, or that the data are only stored without any other use being made of them. Data subjects also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data and, finally, the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Complaint

Updates

This privacy policy is updated as of May 2020. The Data Controller reserves the right to modify the policy and, therefore, advises the user to check the information relating to data processing each time he/she accesses the site.
